“The spirit of social service is the true inspiration behind this initiative,” Adarsh Garg remarked. The camp was in collaboration with exemplary services from reputed doctors of Rana Hospital Sirhind , Bharat Vikas Parishad Trust and Sankar Eye Hospital , Ludhiana . Since its inception in 2014, JWT has expanded from a Free Cancer Detection Van to now offering a wide range of medical treatments. It is a free OPD and free surgical camp first time in Punjab, which Adarsh Garg has been hosting for the past nine years. These camps offer free of cost specialized treatments including  haemorrhoids surgery, eye operations, artificial limbs, laparoscopic cholecystectomy, hysterectomy, appendicectomy, and PCNL surgeries—procedures that are often financially out of reach for the poor. Each year, thousands of patients from Punjab and neighbouring states travel long distances to access these services at the medical camp. What sets his camp apart is not just surgery but that they ensure post operative care with medicines and support for patients all year around. The impact of these camps is best illustrated through the real lives they have transformed. One such case is that of a handicapped man who had lost his leg in an accident. An autorickshaw driver by profession he was unable to work and he was struggling to support his family. At one of medical camps he registered for the measurement of free artificial limb. On the day of the appointment, he was provided with his artificial leg. He arrived with a disability but left with renewed ability and hope. He went back regaining his independence, returning to the driver’s seat, and drove off on his own. He continues to earn a living to this day. Our mission is to restore not only physical ability but also strength, dignity and livelihood for a better future.
