Herbert Rothe created and patented the futuristic cooling technique known as Turbo Quench. A TMT maintains its ductility through this procedure, producing a soft core and hard surface. It is the only rapid water quenching method that ensures uniform characteristics along the whole length of the bar. The excellence, sturdiness, exceptional bendability, fireproofed, erosion resistance, and pliability and bendability are all guaranteed by turboquench technology. For extra strength and durability, each maXXon TMT Bar is produced using the Turbo Quench process, which involves rolling hot billets under the direction of online PLCs. After rolling out of the last mill stand, the hot bars are quickly quenched using a sequence of water jets. The bars are chilled, enabling the equilibration of core and surface temperatures. Slow cooling causes the bar core to transform into a ferrite-pearlite aggregate.
